    Introduction

TSP is a high-concentration, water-soluble quick-acting phosphate fertilizer, and its effective phosphorus content is 2.5 to 3.0 times that of ordinary calcium (SSP). The product can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing, seed fertilizer and raw materials for compound fertilizer production; widely used in rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton, fruits, vegetables and other food crops and economic crops; widely used in red soil and yellow soil , Brown soil, yellow fluvo-aquic soil, black soil, cinnamon soil, purple soil, albic soil and other soil qualities.

    Product Description

Triple superphosphate (TSP) is a highly concentrated water-soluble phosphate fertilizer made from concentrated phosphoric acid mixed with ground phosphate rock. The product produced by this process is widely used in various types of soil. One of the main advantages of TSP is its versatility, as it can be used as a base fertilizer, top dressing, germ fertilizer, and even as a raw material for the production of compound fertilizers.
The high concentration of phosphate in TSP makes it an efficient and effective option for promoting plant growth and increasing crop yields. Its water solubility also means it is easily absorbed by plants, providing them with the essential nutrients they need for healthy development. In addition, TSP is known for its ability to improve soil quality, making it a valuable option for farmers and gardeners seeking to increase the fertility of their land.
Additionally, TSP is a cost-effective solution to soil phosphorus deficiencies, making it a popular choice among agricultural professionals. Its ability to slowly release nutrients over time also contributes to its long-term impact on plant growth, ensuring the crop continues to benefit throughout its life cycle.

    Production Process

Be adopted the traditional chemical method (Den method) for production.
Phosphate rock powder (slurry) reacts with sulfuric acid for liquid-solid separation to obtain wet-process dilute phosphoric acid. After concentration, concentrated phosphoric acid is obtained. Concentrated phosphoric acid and phosphate rock powder are mixed (chemically formed), and the reaction materials are stacked and matured, granulated, dried, sieved, (if necessary, anti-caking package), and cooled to obtain the product.

    Advantage

    1. One of the main advantages of TSP is its high phosphorus content, which provides plants with essential nutrients needed for healthy growth and development. Phosphorus is essential for root development, flowering and fruiting, making TSP a valuable tool for farmers and gardeners looking to maximize yields.
    2. TSP is produced by combining concentrated phosphoric acid with ground phosphate rock and is a powerful fertilizer widely used in agriculture. Its high solubility makes it an efficient choice for a variety of soil types and can be used as a base fertilizer, top dressing, germ fertilizer and compound fertilizer production raw material.
    3. Additionally, TSP is known for its ability to improve soil fertility and structure. By providing an easily accessible source of phosphorus, it helps increase the overall nutrient content of the soil, promoting better plant growth and resilience. This is particularly beneficial for soils that are deficient in phosphorus, as TSP can help correct nutrient imbalances and support healthier crop production.
    4. Additionally, TSP’s water-soluble nature makes it easy to apply and quickly absorbed by plants, ensuring the nutrients are immediately available. This is particularly beneficial where phosphorus deficiencies need to be quickly corrected or when addressing a specific growth stage of the plant.
